Raised over X hundered dollars
~VANNA
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Vanna is a financial platform that enables two distinct user groups—borrowers and traders—to interact with crypto pools. Our work with Vanna focused on designing a streamlined and intuitive experience to help them raise a few hundred dollars, enhancing the platform’s usability and trustworthiness.
PROJECT GOALS
The primary objective was to create a seamless, user-centric design that could simplify complex financial interactions. The dual-user system presented unique challenges, as borrowers and traders required different workflows to access and interact with the platform's services.
CHALLENGES
Dual-User Flow Management
Vanna’s main challenge was to create a coherent experience for two distinct user types:
Borrowers: Individuals who can lend funds into various pools.
Traders: Users who can buy and trade from the pools created by borrowers.
With differing goals and actions, separating these flows without creating a cluttered experience was essential to ensure ease of use for both user types.
Trust & Simplicity in Design
As a financial platform, trustworthiness and clarity were critical. We needed to build a design that visually communicated security and reliability, encouraging user participation and engagement.
OUR APPROACH
Distinct User Flows
We designed separate interfaces and workflows tailored for each user type. Borrowers have a straightforward interface to lend funds, manage pools, and track their earnings. Traders, on the other hand, enjoy a clean, informative dashboard where they can analyze pool performance, buy from pools, and trade confidently.
Clear Navigations
We ensured that the platform had a clear, intuitive navigation system, simplifying access to different sections. Interactive elements were strategically placed to minimize user friction and guide users seamlessly through their respective processes.
Branding and Visual Identity
We designed separate interfaces and workflows tailored for each user type. Borrowers have a straightforward interface to lend funds, manage pools, and track their earnings. Traders, on the other hand, enjoy a clean, informative dashboard where they can analyze pool performance, buy from pools, and trade confidently.
OUTCOMES AND GROWTH
Increased User Engagement:
The intuitive design attracted more borrowers and traders, creating a dynamic ecosystem on the platform.
Streamlined User Flows:
By segmenting the user journeys, we reduced user confusion, which contributed to higher transaction rates and platform activity.
Successful Fundraising:
Vanna successfully raised a few hundred dollars, thanks to a user-centric design that promoted seamless interactions and trust.
CONCLUSION
The Vanna project exemplifies how a thoughtful, dual-focused design and robust branding approach can drive user engagement and growth, even in complex financial platforms. Our team at XpaceO succeeded in transforming Vanna into a user-friendly, secure environment where both borrowers and traders can confidently participate in a thriving financial ecosystem.
